Adaia Garcia Engrav
Adaia Garcia Engrav brings over 18 years of group fitness experience, She began her teaching journey on a Navy military base in Japan and has been a certified Zumba Instructor since 2007. Adaia holds multiple Zumba licenses, including Zumba Gold, Toning, Aqua, Kids, Step, Core, and Strong. In 2022, she became a certified Barre Above Instructor—a program that blends ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. She recently became a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) to expand her ability to coach and support clients one-on-one.
Adaia lives in Bulverde with her husband, a retired Navy , and they are proud parents of three amazing children. She’s passionate about helping others through fitness and loves seeing members grow stronger and more confident with every class.

Carolyn Woollard

Teneile Fountain
Teneile Fountain has been a member of River Crossing Club for 10 years and has been an active member of Body Burn. She graduated from Texas ATM in 2001 with a degree in Nutrition and works in Medical Sales. She recently completed her Group Fitness Instructor Certification through ACE. She believes balancing health and wellness is just as important as family, friends, and work. She has been married for 21 years and has a 16 year old daughter (ballerina) and a 14 year old son(baseball player). She’s very involved in the community including the Seth Strong Foundation. You may have seen her walking the streets with her adorable golden doodles and/or her friend.

Elaine Barclay-Rakosky
Elaine began her yoga journey over 25 years ago, she originally began practicing as a way to reduce stress. She then discovered how it significantly helped heal a debilitating illness. After 30+ years of ICU nursing, she retired and in 2015. She began teaching yoga to continue helping others learn how to reclaim their health and happiness. She is certified in Pre & Postnatal yoga, advanced yoga studies, injury recovery/prevention, adaptive yoga, and meditation.
