Cary Collins, General Manager
Cary joined the River Crossing Club team in April 2007. He has been a PGA Member since 1983 and has served Country Clubs as the Head Golf Professional for over 22 years. Cary is very active in the PGA of America and serves on the PGA Rules of Golf Committee. He has also been the Host Professional for three PGA Champion Tour events along with numerous other tournaments and group outings.

 Cindy Eberting, Director of Membership
Cindy moved here from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and worked in membership with ClubCorp for several years before joining River Crossing Club in January of 2005. She is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and has been in the golf business for almost 20 years. Cindy enjoys the arts, working on special projects with her husband as well as socializing with family and friends.

Mike comes to River Crossing after having spent the past three years as the Professional at Diamonte Country Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Prior to Diamonte, Mike spent eleven years in the same position at Ridge Pointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Mike has distinguished himself over the years as a leader in the golf business. He served as President of the Arkansas Chapter of the PGA from 2000-2004 and as Education Chairman from 2004-2007. He was also honored as the Professional of the Year in the Arkansas Chapter in 2002 along with winning the Horton Smith Award for Education four times.
In addition, Mike was named as of one the top 50 Junior Golf Instructors in the country by US Kids Golf .

.jpg) Paul Lane, Course Superintendent
Paul received his Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy from Texas A&M University. He has been with River Crossing Club since March of 2000 managing the construction and grow-in of the course. Paul has over 13 years of golf course maintenance experience. In his free time, Paul enjoys hunting and playing golf.

Elizabeth joined the River Crossing Club team in late 2005. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has enjoyed her accounting career ever since. In her free time she enjoys reading, trips to the coast, and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.

Melanie joined the River Crossing Club team in 2008. She is married and has 4 children. Melanie trained for a Muscle Figure Competition in 2008 and has a great deal of experience with personal training and nutrition. Melanie enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

.jpg) Dustin Alexander – Sous Chef
Dustin graduated with his Culinary Certification and Applied Science degree from the Orlando Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu Program. While going to school full time, he worked as a lead line cook at a four star Disney property where he continued to gain experience and show his flare for food.
Dustin along with his wife Tandus and daughter Adysen have settled in the Bulverde area. He looks forward to sharing his culinary skills by bringing new ideas and dishes to the table at RCC!
