River Crossing Club is located in one of the most desirable areas of the country—in the Texas Hill Country just minutes north of San Antonio, where affordability and quality of life can't be beat! And its owner, Charlie Patterson, does things only one way—the right way!

River Crossing Club has been growing its membership and it's also been growing physically, too! The Club's Family Activity Center which includes a resort style pool with grotto, weight room, aerobics studio, and outdoor cafe was completed in 2008, and the expansion and renovation of the Clubhouse was recently completed and reopened on July 27, 2010! Clubhouse amenities include:

• Men's and ladies' locker rooms complete with attendant, fireplaces, and tv rooms
  
• Expanded golf shop
  
• Golf bag storage service
  
• Enlarged and redecorated Member Grill/Bar and Clubhouse
  
• Business center and a private conference/dining room
  
• New halfway house to service golfers at the turn

Always considered one of the best maintained courses in this part of Texas, River Crossing Club is also known for being one of the most playable courses. It's a perfect balance of challenge and forgiveness that provides one enjoyable round after another.

River Crossing Club has has so much to offer and it's affordable! Membership dues are reasonable, Members don't have to worry about assessments, and there are different types of Memberships available to meet your needs, including the option to lease a membership.

Also, Members who are property owners in Southerland Communities have the added advantage of being able to transfer their membership to purchasers of their property, which will be a great advantage to them once the Club reaches full status. When full, the only way for an interested party to join the Club immediately is to purchase a property from someone in a Southerland Community that has a membership reservation attached to their property. The result will be increased demand and value for those properties!
