Answer: Yes. All categories of Memberships include Family Privileges, which permit the Member's spouse and their unmarried children who are under the age of 23 and who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis, or in the military, to the use the Club. Extended Family Privileges, which permit the parents, and the adult children and grandchildren of the Member or his or her spouse, and their respective spouses, are allowed the usage privileges, subject to availability, and upon the payment of preferred greens fees and other applicable fees.

Question: Are guests permitted to use the Club facilities?

Answer: Yes. It is the intention of River Crossing Club to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the Members in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. Sponsoring Members are responsible for all fees and charges incurred by their invited guests if appropriate.

Question: As a Property Owner at River Crossing, does a Premier or Golf Membership in the Club bring any extra benefit to my property?

Answer: Yes. Property Owners who choose a Membership with their property (a Master Membership) have additional benefits. Only Master Memberships are transferable to subsequent purchasers of a property, but only if the subsequent purchaser activates the membership within 30 days of closing on the property. Once the membership is resigned or not activated within the 30 day period, the rights to a permanent membership reservation and transferability privilege end. The transferability privilege may add more marketability to your property.

Question: What does it mean when you say memberships are refundable?

Answer: It means that if you decide to leave the Club you will receive 80% of the then current Membership deposit, not to exceed 100% of the Membership Deposit actually paid. If your membership is transferred to your future Property Owner, you will receive your refund within 30 days of the transfer transaction. If the Membership is not transferred with the property, the Club will place your membership on a resale list. The Club enrolls three new members from its inventory of Memberships and upon the issuance of the fourth Membership, the Club will issue a refund to a Member from the resale list. This is referred to as a 1 in 4 re-issuance format.

Question: Can members be assessed for capital or operating deficits?

Answer: No. Club Members are not subject to assessments for operating deficits incurred in the operation or development of the Club facilities prior to an equity turnover.
